Sorry if it's a dumb question, but I'm starting to plan for my week at WDW in October and noticed everyday of my stay HS closes at 7pm. Is that the normal hours? Is it right that Fantasmic is scheduled at 7:30pm or does that mean there won't be Fantasmic those days?

That's a typical Fantasmic schedule. When you finish your last ride at park closure, head over to Fantasmic!
