You can't get a FP+ for both Rock N Roller Coaster and Toy Story Mania because both are Tier 1, and you only get one Tier 1 attraction.
You won't need a Rock n Roller Coaster FP+ at Rope Drop, but you will surely want one for Toy Story Mania later in the day (and with FP+, your wait should be far less than 55 minutes, hurray!). On the other hand your standby line wait for The Great Movie Ride (also a Tier 1) is likely to be considerably longer than 5 minutes.
Question: Why is there a 43 minute wait between Tower of Terror and the Beauty and the Beast show, followed by Star Tours (with short wait)? Why not just do Star Tours after Tower of Terror? (I suppose the reason is to avoid backtracking, but distances aren't all that far in this park.) Actually now that I think about it, I would recommend doing The Great Movie Ride after Tower of Terror, and than it would be fine to do Star Tours later (with FP+)
Agree with PP that FP+ for Frozen is of questionable value. I'd recommend getting FP+ for Tower of Terror instead. Standby wait shouldn't be bad at 9:30 am, but might as well save a few minutes on it (or maybe, if you think you might want to ride Tower of Terror twice, do it at 9:30 Standby, and get a FP+ for it for later in the day).
You should be able to get the 3 FP+ you want, and remember that after you choose your initial three FP+ times (of the four options offered to you), you can then change the time of each FP+ attraction to a better time slot.
