Hollywood Brown Derby - no separate lunch menu

Just an fyi if you don't know that HBD is currently not offering a separate lunch menu (dinner menu all day). We were not pleased at all when sat down yesterday for lunch and discovered this. A number in our party were interested in their excellent burger or one of their other sandwiches and we had made plans based on this. Not sure if this is temporary over Christmas over more permanent.

While both the wdwinfo.com 8/18 menu https://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=85 and the allears 12/18 menu http://allears.net/dining/menu/brown-derby/lunch-dinner/ show the same menu for lunch and dinner with no burger, allears does have a note "Lunch specials vary frequently."

I think I remember this from last year as a temporary over the holidays thing. Hope so!

Unfortunately none of these were available. There were no sandwich type meals whatsoever.

We noticed this yesterday at lunch at HBD lounge, and also at dinner at Jiko last night. Our server told us the scaled-back menu would be in effect until January 6 due to the holidays. Bummer!
