It will be DS birthday (he'll be turning 5) when we next go in August. He's a big Playhouse Disney boy (especially Handy Manny) so we're going to go to MGM (sorry - Hollywood Studios - can't get used to that!!). We want to book a Fantasmic Dinner package as we love that show. The only one we haven't done is Hollywood and Vine - I know, they dont have characters are tea time but is it still suitable for a birthday? Would they do something nice if I asked/paid?

Anyone had any experiences of a birthday here?

We ate at the Hollywood and Vine on the Fantasmic Dinner package for my friends 50th ... but it was back in 2003 so I have no idea whether it would still be the same ... I've not been in there since. We didn't ask for anything special so didn't get ...

but you can pay for extras (I can't post the link properly as I've not been here long enough to post links!)
