Hollywood and Vine "theme" change dates

Does anyone know if the change from each theme been changing exactly on the dates that were released? We are looking to book for November 5th (Halloween outfits for the characters), but if they have been changing earlier then what they originally said, we aren't interested in Christmas.

I think they would stick to those dates since they know how far in advance people plan their meals.

Did they change H&V characters? We booked for our son to be able to see Jake, Sophia and Doc McStuffins. Minnie wasn't a part of this experience last year. Did I miss something?

I believe this is only for dinner, and the Disney Jr. characters are still there for brft and lunch.
