So are the Disney Junior characters only available at breakfast?

As others have said they are there for breakfast and lunch. Also note all the characters (Jake,Doc, Sofa) sans Handy Manny have their own meet and greet locations in the park. I mention this as we ate there when those characters could only be met at H&V for my daughter. She enjoyed herself, but the food was subpar at best. I'd eat at one of the better choices in the park (SciFi, 50's) and meet the characters elsewhere.
