there should have been the hand sanitizer
the small jar
the snowman basket with a votive holder and 2 north pole votives
and a car thingine.....

sorry I forgot the note, i was coming off of a 14 hr night shift.....
I am so sorry it was damaged.

After hearing about several arriving damaged I am so glad I used bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts when I sent mine out.

Well, I called Yankee Candle again, and was told they are still really, really backed up. I am going to send out a different package to my recipient today, with some apologies! They are still going to get the package from Yankee Candle too, I just don't know when!

I am sorry this happened, I thought they would get the package faster by my ordering it from the website

Usually they are good.....we did have this happen a few years ago too.
That is why I always say if you are ordering do so ASAP.....but sometimes it still takes a long time.

I was really surprised that we only had 3 people order....we usually have about 3/4s of the group order....guess it is a good thing that didn't happen this time.

I just mailed out a "tide-over" package to my recipient!

Hopefully both packages will get there soon too!

No big hurry here I'm just glad to be exchanging! Not anyone but YC's fault, and since its the crazy holiday season I'm sure it can't be helped. No biggie, Christmas is still over a month away lol

I received a really cute set of snowman measuring cups and a jar of Christmas Cookie and 2 votives - Autumn Fruit and Macintosh.

I just got off the phone with YC and they said the package should arrive either Saturday or Monday of the following week. They said with economy shipping right now, everything is taking 10 - 15 business days and the holidays (Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving) are slowing things down.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the package arrives this next week.

Good news! I called to see about cancelling my order. The CSR told me that the package is scheduled to ship out tonight and should arrive by the weekend. I certainly hope so!
