Can someone please help??? I have tried ordering twice, and have put all my info and my buddies info in, then when I put track order it says, "There is no order history associated with your account." and my CC is not charged?? I don't want to keep placing my order just in case it does charge my CC????? What should I do?????

I would call them as soon as they open this morning to find out. Maybe they are having a problem with the website and they will be able to take your order over the phone.

I just checked the website and my order says OUT FOR DELIVERY Someone south of me should be getting a delivery today.

YC told me earlier in the week that they had a flood in their warehouse, so they were a few days behind in getting out orders. But, that they would get the order delivered within the 7 - 10 day window.

Edited to add, mine was shipped this morning 2nd day air (instead of ups economy that was originally on my order) Scheduled delivery date is the 17th!!

I finally placed my order online- it wasn't that I didn't have time - I just couldn't decide what to get. I got the new YC catalog the same day I got my name and there was just too much to choose from. Finally made a decision, went and placed the order and now just need to worry about whether she'll like it

OK, I am on the phone with YC now trying to figure out what is going on with my order(see above post) I sure hope my recipient can understand my message...I had to kind of abbreviate cause they only allow like 80 characters...

OK, just got off they phone with them, and after placing my 5 orders thinking they didn't go through, she said by Mass. law they cannot charge the C.C. until the order ships, and the website takes 24-48 hours to updat your order in you account...who knew ... ...so she cancelled them all and now I have to re-place the two. So after I do that I will update my post. UGH.

WOW! I just have to tell you all what a wonderful person we have here! Kim sent me a suprise package b/c I had really wanted to join this exchange and was worried I would not have enough money to send enough to somebody and did not want to cheat anyone at all so I decided to pass. I was hating missing it though. So Kim messaged Nancy and asked for my addy and sent me a suprise package!! I had tears in my eyes you guys when I saw that package today. My mail lady rang the bell and when I got to the door I found a box and knew it was from the somebody from the Dis b/c I saw an Epcot sticker on it. When I opened it I saw a card on top that said suprise. I opened it to read that Kim did not want me to miss out on the exchange so she sent me some stuff to enjoy! WOW! I was so shocked. I found inside 2 votives of each of these.. Hot Buttered Rum, Jack Frost, Christmas Berries. These smell so good. WOW! The house is smelling so yummy! Then I saw a whole box inside that had even more votives.. 2 of each of these...Christmas Cookie, Home for the Holidays, Mistletoe and then a pretty Christmas votive holder for them. More wonderful scents! YUMMY! Then there was a very cool Mickey head ornament for my tree which I adore. Hubby and I wanted to buy a set of these we loved them so much but never did buy any! This was so cool! Also she sent me a snowman Pez and a lime green Dis antena topper. Now, the last thing I will have to get Kim to tell me what it is..is it a air freshener?? I have not opened that up yet b/c if it is I want to find a cool place to put it..lol

Kim, you are just an angel! I can not beleive how very sweet and thoughtful that was of you! You are so so sweet! Thank you so so very much again!! It was such a suprise.

Pooh's Pal sent me a great exchange today!!! I am now one the many who can say I am a tart lover. She got me a tart warmer, twelve of the little candles in the tin, I don't know what they are called, I put it in the bottom of the warmer. I got lots of tarts!!! Christmas Berries, Mistletoe, Home for the Holidays, Hollyberry, Christmas Cookies, Christmas Wish, Chocolate Cookies, Pumpkin Pie, Sunflowers, Fresh Comfort, Summer Fresh. I am starting with Christmas Berries. It is in the dining room and the whole house smells great!

Thank you so much for a great package! Tarts are great because you aren't stuck with the same scent for a long time. One question, how do you clean the warmer?
