I am reading conflicting info about Magic Carpet and have even seen a quoate by Yavn saying it will be out for the Holidays! Which could mean around Christmas or it could mean for NewYears....remains to be seen as always!

However I heard on an insider tour, in Aug or Sept, that Frontierland and Tomorrowland were to open, "Around The Holidays"

On our VMK tour on 11/29, we were told that both Frontierland and the new Haunted Mansion Game will be opening in December.

We shall see.....

In a virtual World I don't think time operates on a linear scale. So while we feel much time has passes, really no time at all has passed at all and therefore soon is relative. It may very well be that when they speak on December they may be in fact referring to this December. However they might just as well be speaking of December 96' or 97', pick any date in the future really. The Same goes for when they speak of doing something by fall or for the holidays. The year is filled with holidays and every year has seasons. They speak in general non specific terms so they may chose later, besides it is subject to change without notice. A note on the gift, They like to be tricky. They said they have something special saved fro the occasion but don’t say what it is. It is either something most of us already have or something none of us have. Anyway you look at it 500 credits isn’t much unless you are buying many. 2 or 3 not a big deal. One mule can do it. You really can’t take a chance that it is Magic carpet or some rare pin and not get it.

Yes, that is true but probably won't come till the end of december! I mean it took them FOREVER with Hyperspace Mountain and that was just a game! This is an entire land!

I really doubt it would be magic carpet magic! It is way more then 500 credits. It's probably a rare or new pin or some christmas item!
