OK. I know it's early still, but I've been reading old posts about the holiday tour and am really starting to think about trying this. We've never wanted to splurge on a tour, or Fantasmic dessert, or WoC dining, or any of the other expensive extras, but this tour sounds really fun! So I had a couple of questions that I didn't find the answers to during my browsing.

1. Can you start booking one month out or 30 days out?
2. Do you prepay? If so, is the tour cancelable and refundable under any circumstances?
3. Do the tours pretty much fill up, necessitating such early booking, or if we are there for a week and can be flexible about the day/time, are we likely to be able to book near the beginning of our visit?

Thanks in advance. And feel free to use this post as a launching point for discussion and speculation about this year's holiday tour. I'd love to hear more.

1. You can book the Holiday Tour up to 30 days in advance.

2. Yes, you must have a credit card at the time of the booking of the tour. Once the tour is booked it is non-refundable and non-transferable. You should choose your date and time before you book. If you have a Disney Visa, DL AP or AAA you get 20% discount on the tour.

3. When I did the tour last year in December, it was kind of full but there were three groups during the tour of about 12 people. I think it is 20 guests max with a CM tour guide. If I were you, I would book the tour 20 -30 days until your trip. Some days there will be only one tour or there will be two tours a day.

Tour times coincide with the parade so if there are 2 parades, they will have 2 different tour times.
