Holiday Time Guided Tour 2023

We will be going to Disneyland for the first time just before Thanksgiving and are interested in the Holiday Time Tour. I found the web page to book but clicking o the link just gives me an error. I can't find any information regarding when the tour is able to be booked. Has anyone seen a booking date or recall from prior years when the tour booking opens? Thanks
