Hey everyone!!
It sign up time for the Holiday Slide Mount Swap!!
I will leave it up to each individual if they want to adhere paper and alter pre-made slide mounts or if they want to use their Sizzix slide mount (or another brand) dies. There are sometimes I like the thicker ones and there are sometimes I like the thinner ones. It’s totally up to the swapper. Please remember to embellish!!!
This is a lot of fun and an easy swap! The members last time had a great time and they turned out great!!!

Due date is July 19th (that is when I need to receive your package). Please mail packages out by July 15th. I will wait be mailing them back out on July 22nd. This is firm because 4-H fair begins and we will be in/out most of the week.
The "rules" –
1. Choose a group. There will be 2 groups of 11 swappers for the holidays. Than there will be one group for birthday only. You may sign up for all 3 groups if you wish.
2. Choose your holiday – Make 2 slide mounts for each person. So each group will make 22 slide mounts. The actual numbers will be posted when sign ups close on Saturday(6/16) at noon.
3. PM me with your DIS name, name, home address, email address, and phone numbers. Email and phone numbers will only be used to follow up if I have not heard from you. For those who have swapped with me in the past, I have your info. If I have missed placed it I will let you know.
4. Post your weekly status on the Progress thread - which will be posted after the slots are filled. You must check in 2 weeks prior to the due date by July 12th. If I have not heard from you by then, I will send you a pm/an email. I WILL ANGEL YOUR SPOT IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN TWO DAYS OF THE PM/ EMAIL.
5. Check the progress thread for your status - it will be updated with ship info and received info.
6. Packing Instructions – PLEASE use a separate baggie for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made each element. You‘ll have 11 bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) bag for each group you are in - be sure to include your name, your DIS name and your group number on the larger baggie.
7. Mailing Instructions - Include $4.60 for postage (or stamps if you don't want to send cash) to return your items.
Please don’t send metered or click-it/ship-it postage – some hostesses have had issues with these. If you would like to send it to me a cheaper route that is fine, just let me know.
** Because this is a small swap if you would like to mail your items regular mail that is fine, let me know when you mail and remember to ADD a little extra postage for the return.
8. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.
9. There will be 11 people per group UNLESS otherwise noted. There will be a total of 4 groups. No additional groups will be opened this time around. Sorry.
