Just letting everyone know that there is a new Disney range at Uniqlo (both women's and men's!). It's cute and cheap so it's worth a look.

I have bought a few things from this range over the last couple of weeks!

I also went mad in the Dotty P's 20% offer, here is what I bought:

Love them all. I am doing some holiday shopping on Ebay at the moment, but being outbid more often then winning anything. I have an auction ending tonight for a Monsoon dress that I really want. Keep your fingers crossed for me that I get it.

Good luck with your Monsoon dress :wizard:

I am 7lbs away from being able to holiday shop .... hopefully by the end of July :thumbsup2

I haven't bought anything in ages :( But I'm desperately searching for a dress to wear to a wedding next month. You guys have pointed me in eBay's direction, I've never bought any clothes from eBay before but I'm amazed at how many Monsoon dresses I like that are on eBay but not on Monsoon's website! Have seen one that I may impulse buy as it's currently at £9.99 and for that, well if I don't like it in real life it's no great loss!

Anyone got any tips for sifting out the goodies and baddies of clothes? LOL

I never thought that I would ever buy clothes from Ebay. I had used Ebay for about 10 years to get collectables (Beanie Babies, Disney Pins, etc.), but clothes were unthinkable. I have always had enough trouble finding clothes that fit and that I liked in the shops.

Fast forward to 2008. My dream to go on a cruise was finally coming true and I decided to get an evening gown for formal night. This was to be my first ever evening gown. I found the perfect one on an American website. I had a couple of dresses that I had bought in there shop at the Florida Mall so was familiar with their sizing and it was on sale. Well, they screwed my order up and by the time they realized, the dress I wanted was no longer available in my size. So with less than two months to go, I had to start over. I googled Plus Size Evening Gown and got a hit for Ebay. I had a look at it, but decided it was silly even considering it. However, there was nothing I could find that I liked, that would fit me and was in my price range. The dress on Ebay was cheap and it was gorgeous. So I decided to go for it. The seller was a charm to deal with and when the dress arrived, it was a perfect fit and was even more gorgeous than the photo.

I had ordered a few bits and pieces since, but I really got into clothes shopping on Ebay recently. I have lost a lot of weight and have to buy a lot of new clothes. I also now fit into Monsoon clothes and I found that there are gorgeous dresses on Ebay for a fraction of the price what they would cost me on the high street.

I tend to go for new dresses with the tags still attached. I also have found a couple of favourite sellers that I have now bought multiple dresses from. So far I have been very happy with my purchases. Of course, quite often the dress you really want gets away.

Any Kurt Geiger fans?! Their sale has just started online :thumbsup2 I managed to get a gorgeous pair of shoes that were originally £150, on sale down to £59 and then £39 with the £20 off your first online order code floating about - KGWELCOME10. Result :thumbsup2

Not for holiday and I would show you a pic but the website is being horrendous at the moment, that's if you can even get it loaded at all. Definitely worth a look if you can get in but everything seems to be flying out!

I had a message today that my custom evening gown was shipped via courier service today. Hopefully it will be here by the end of the week. I can't wait.

Ok, ok, the site is finally working, at the moment anyway, so how long this pic will be viewable for is anyone's guess!

I'm hoping I like them as much in real life! They're a bit unusual looking, but something about them caught my eye and they're not something I'd usually go for but I don't know, they have a bit of a Sex and the City to them, lol.

My wonderful DH bought me these 2 dresses in the FCUK sale yesterday. I'm hoping to bring them to Jamaica this year and Orlando next

but in a teal/sea green colour

The white bits are cream droplets and the top bit of the dress is a chiffon type material.

Oh how lovely is my DH

Katie

PS - Loving the shoes!!

Love those French Connection dresses....:thumbsup2 I still wear FC stuff I've had for years :)
