Hey Pennst8r! What part of Amish country are you from? I have traveled to Lancaster County and Hershey with my grandmother, and we also spent a week in Ohio Amish country. Beautiful land up there!

We're in Lancaster County right between Lancaster and Reading. It's pretty. And mostly quiet. I tell my kids it's not the real world.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Old Fashioned Baked Eggs
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pie

and lots of lovely things:
baking cups - pumpkin theme
silicone baking pan--mold - leaf/pumpkin
oven mitt/pot holder/kitchen towel - maroon/Thanksgiving
paper plates/napkins

The recipes sound great, especially the pie. I'm going to be spending next weekend with my nieces so I think I might try that with them next week. And the other items are very useful & I really love them. Thanks so much Dawn!
