Holiday question

Hi everyone! I'm new to this board. I have been reading some of the posts and have found them so helpful. My fiance and I just become engaged about 3 weeks ago at Disney. We haven't yet decided on a date but we were thinking of possibly doing Valentine's day. The only thing I get at the website is that there might be higher wedding expenditure. Does anyone know how much that might be?
