Can anyone give me a detailed explanation of what, where, when, and how expensive any and all holiday experiences are at Disney.

You might try reading up on this website (look way up at the top right under The Timeshare Store ad and you'll see a link for "Planning), All Ears (again, look under "Planning") and the Disney website and then ask more specific questions about details you are interested in or can't find. There are many events, from hard-ticketed parties like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to open "attractions" like Osborne Family Lights to periodic short shows and exhibits all over the parks. A detailed description of every single one with answers to all the questions you are asking for would take a person a significant amount of time to write.
