Anyone recommend any good companies that they have used?

I'm pretty sure we used Direct Line last year, as they provided everything we needed and were quite cheap. We found many other companies which were far cheaper, but I'm quite wary of companies I haven't heard of before.

You need recomendations from people that have claimed. Only company I have tried to claim with are Asda, I gave up on the claim in the end they were useless(They have changed under insurers since so maybe better now)
I am with Insure and go now and have an annual policy as we go abroard up 8 weeks a year, they have 5 levels of cover, We took top (Black) cover £130 for year.

I agree and always maintain that you get what you pay for :sunny:

We had 'cheap' insurance with Churchill one year and getting the claim sorted was ridiculous.
M&S, on the other hand, were great and the cheque arrived before the week was up :thumbsup2
