Holiday Inn Sunspree resorts?

I've read one bad review but it is listed in UOG as a very family friendly resort. I have to tell you, the prices and amenities make it look very good. Can I get some more opinions to help me out?

We were very unhappy with this place and will never ever return.

I think the name has changed on this hotel.
It did get lots and lots of bad reviews, but I stayed on priceline for 2 nights and it wasn't bad at all (the inside of my room was clean, the duvet on the bed was double sheeted , etc.) I think I paid $38 with taxes and fees for 2 doubles or 2 queens.

It was pretty bad when we stayed there in 2000 and if recent reviews are any indication things have not changed.

Darn. I knew the price was too good to be true! I think we'll just spend a little extra not to get annoyed or frustrated. We drive too far to waste our time in a non-magical place!
