We just returned from our trip and I thought I'd share some review info. on our hotel.
We rented a car from the airport (Thrifty - which was FAST and wonderful!) and drove to the resort (8pm on a Sunday, so the roads were empty!). The hotel's about 11 miles from the airport, and an easy drive.
We got checked in very quickly - no line - and up to our room. It's just DH and me, so no kidsuites, just two queen beds and a kitchenette. The room was clean, no mildewy smell that I heard all about in the other reviews! We were facing the pool, but on the fifth floor, so we never noticed any noise.
The pool was lovely - there are organized games for kids all day, and a ton of kids participated! I even saw kids doing arts and crafts by the pool. Plenty of space for the adults to catch some rays, too!
We didn't eat at the hotel, but we did use their convienience mart every morning to buy water for the day. We did eat at a chain restaurant next door (Lonestar, I think...) and had an AWESOME filet mignon wrapped in bacon. Yum!
The hotel is ONE exit away from WDW property - we never had ANY trouble with driving and parking. In fact, one evening at the hotel we decided we wanted some candy that we had seen at Downtown Disney as a snack while we vegged, and we hopped in the car and got it and got back all within 1/2 hour!
We had one issue, but it was fairly minor (even though it cut into my afternoon rest time!
). Our keys didn't really work. I think the night we got in, we lucked out, but the next morning, we went downstairs to buy water, and then back to the room to grab our stuff - and couldn't get back in!!!!! 
We were on a schedule, as we wanted to get to all the rope drops, so I was a bit frustrated. I told the front desk, and they reprogrammed the keys, but they STILL didn't work, so they called someone to let us in....
When we got back in the afternoon, they changed the battery in the lock itself (because we still couldn't get in...and now not only did they cut into my rope drop time, but they were also cutting into my nap time! 
). They eventually had to change out the whole darn thing, but they did it the following day while we were away (with our permission) and we were all set.
The front desk always followed up with everything - they called to make sure the lock was fixed, that we had towels delivered when we requested them, and even to make sure that housekeeping brought by more cups! That was nice - we knew that we were being taken care of!
So, all in all, lovely hotel - we'd definitely stay there again!!
