Holiday Inn near Universal

We're staying at the Holiday Inn near Universal this summer. I've read we can walk to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, but I'm not too sure on what route to take. Can anyone help?

Holiday Inn Maingate is directly across the street from Universal. We just followed the steady flow of people. You cant miss it. It is a little bit of a hike. Especially in the afternoon when your feet are dog tired. We walked the first day and drove the next day. You will like the Hotel. I scored the Hotel for $40 a night (including taxes) off Priceline.
