It's been a couple of years, but we won't be back. First stay there the year before was ok..not the cleanest but ok. Second time, we didn't stay the night. The coffee pot still had coffee from teh previous tenant..the pillow had hair on the backside, and the shower had bloody handprints going down it. We called Disney (after requesting and not getting housekeeping or a different room)and begged to come back and they had an opening. Our first clue should have been the help wanted on the outdoor sign. They did recredit my credit card after we waited over an hour for housekeeping..and they didn't come...and hubby went down and told them we were leaving. BTW, I had a broken foot and we asked for handicap room..and I got second floor (I don't remember an elevator..but they may have had one). We asked for non smoking and got a smoking room. It did face the very dirty pool, however.
