Holiday house universal tickets

I am trying to figure out my universal pre paid vouchers. We got the 14 day 3 park unlimited. We have to take the vouCher to the front gate ticket window...the date on my voucher says Oct. 30 to Nov 6. We get there the 29th and I would like to change our voucher for tickets on the 29th so we can do early park admission on the 30th. Anyone dealt with this.
