Holiday hours and priority seating

I am currently planning a trip fpr the early weeks of December. There are a few restaurants that I would like to dine in. But, the hours of the parks aren't available yet for that time frame. I understand the parks close early in the winter?Are the restaurants that are in the parks still open after the parks closing hours? Are they open through dinner hours? Or, can you still eat there even if the park is closed?

This is a question I would like answered, as well. We'd love to eat dinner at California Grill during the MK fireworks, but I'm not sure when the fireworks are. I'm hoping that the schedules will be posted by 120 days before we plan on dining.

Most of the time, MK closes at 6:00p on MVMCP nights and usually 7:00p on the other nights...Saturday may be later.

Usually in December there are only regular fireworks on Saturday and Wednesday. On MVMCP nights, they'll be fireworks at around 9:15pm.

That helps a great deal. We want to eat at CG on Saturday, anyway. So I'll probably make reservations for about 8pm.
