Holiday Autos - online check in

I've booked a 3 weeks Alamo car rental through holiday autos.

I'd like to do on line check in to save time when I arrive, but I can't get it to work. The on line check in asks for a confirmation number however my voucher only refers to a holiday autos ref number, partner ref and account number.

Can anyone advise what I should be using?

If I remember correctly I used Partner Ref last time I did it.
Have you tried that? it should work.

I'm not at my laptop to try it again but I'm pretty sure when I entered the partner ref it said that amendments can't be made to this booking and gave me a number to phone. Ill try again tomorrow.
