Holding Luggage Question

I will need to activate/pick up my AP before checking in to get my AP rate. I am staying at the BC and have plans to go to EPCOT for lunch and to get my pass.
I will have luggage with me. Will the BC store my luggage even though I haven't checked in?

I believe you have 24 hours from the time you check in to present your AP, so you could still check in and do your thing and bring the AP to the front desk when you get back later that day/night.

But, also...yes, they will hold your luggage for you.

Yup! Have done this myself. You can check in without the AP. They will give you a 24-hour grace period to come back with the AP to keep your discounted room rate. Sometimes they don't even ask to see the AP, but that's the luck of the draw.
