Hold Time for Member Services Today

I called in Friday before 10 am. I paid both contract dues in 12 minutes. Not bad.
 
I'm just getting a busy signal:furious:. I tried the 407 number and the 800 number. This is inexcusable. I'm sure there are some members who do not have access to a computer on a weekend. Perhaps some people do not own a home PC (oh, the horror:scared1:) and a busy signal at member services is completely unacceptable. I have multiple gift cards that I am using to pay our MF's and if all I get is a busy signal, how am I supposed to pay them??

I am going to e-mail them with all of the numbers and hope that they can apply them to my account, correctly and in a timely manner. I don't have all day to try and call. I don't mind waiting on hold because it means my call will eventually be answered.

Just wait until the first week of February. January has always been a busy period for MS due to the popularity of December reservations. MM+ is also putting a heavy load on MS right now. And since Member Accounting & Member Admin have the same 800 number as MS, all the people who are calling to pay dues or see if their resale contracts are being worked are also adding to the load on the lines.

There's no penalty to you for waiting to pay dues until February as long as you pay them before 2/15/2014. I've done it then for almost as long as we've owned DVC - more than 13 years.

P.S. I wouldn't email gift card numbers anywhere. It is a risk. Email is not secure.
 

i also got right through today, but yesterday I waited for 15+ minutes when i was quoted less than that. It's a crapshoot I think!
