Hold on! Delta's and Song's prices are GOING HIGHER

We were just switched to Song, for our trip in December.

Thank goodness our seats and schedule remained the same, but after commenting to the representative about how high those prices have gone, she told me they're going higher yet!

Our tickets were free, they are Skymiles award tickets. I booked them right on the 331st day before our departure and return flights, to ensure availability of our choices. Back then the tickets were around $235. Today they're at over 400!

So, hold on tight, search or book early if you plan to fly soon!

We were switched over to song also for our January trip. Our seat assignments were blank, however, so I had to call to have them reassigned as mentioned on some previous posts!

I'm glad I bought the Delta tickets!

Absolutely, great advice!
I found flights I wanted Saturday evening. I waited a couple hours to book because I had to cancel my previous flights with American. By the time I went to book, the price had gone up 20.00/person. Thats not much in itself but for a family of 4 that adds up. By Sunday afternoon the same flights had gone up another 175.00/person!

I am completely KICKING myself. I spaced and missed the 331 day window on Delta for next Feb school vaca. Then yesterday I found a Song flight for $248 R/T Sunday-Sunday. Could not get hold of DH, and missed that. NOW, we are looking at the low, low, bargain prices of $400+!!!! YIKES. So, I will be checking Song and Delta, every day, several times a day.

BTW--we are flying BOS to RSW (Ft. Meyers).

Ack!! I think I am totally hosed, and will have to fly into Tampa, or Ft lauderdale, and drive to Ft. Meyers.

I have found the best prices on Delta late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning!! 11pm-1am. Good Luck!
