I want to call brian and go over to see him. he'll be watching the Pats, GO PATS, and I want to show him what I can do and be for him, ARGH.......I am so weak. It doesn't help, it is cloudy here, going to rain and a nice day to cuddle and be close to someone you care about so much, or do I care or just am so lonely I want to be wanted?

Gail I wish I knew exactly what to say to you about Brian. I think you need to figure out if you want him around (or want to be around him) because you truly care about him or because he is more of a "habit" of yours. I know it is hard to let go of people you've known as long as you have with him because even when it isn't good, it is comfortable... something you are familiar with. Don't call him... try to figure out what you really want from him. And a joke I usually tell my friends when they start talking like you do: Get rid of him and get your self a cat (or a dog). They can cuddle you and keep you company when you are lonely and they sure treat you a lot better

Maybe you need to talk to a therapist or something about why you are willing to be treated so poorly by someone and go back for more? Something about that doesn't seem right to me, and it's got less to do with guy than it does with you. I mean, it would be nice if he were a decent human being, but it doesn't sound like he is(at least from your previous posts)and yet you still go back for more. Seems silly to me.

Gail, I seriously know what you are talking about. You just want to be wanted and held. But this guy is only going to hurt you. If you can get into a relationship with him and leave your heart intact at home, that's one thing.
But this guy is a bad habit you need to break.
