HoJo Pictures

Does anyone has recent pictures of HoJo rooms? I've seen pictures of the suites which look nice but from my understanding they may have been recently upgraded (and we don't have suite reservations). I've also seen a few pictures in the hotel picture thread but they look pretty scary and have made me second guess staying at the HoJo. My parents are going and although my dad may be able to rough it my mom will not. I'm thinking if the rooms are funky maybe I should just pay the extra $$$$ for another hotel to make sure we are all comfortable.

We were very happy with HOJO. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. I slept soundly on their wonderful beds! Hojo will now be the first off site hotel I check when we are considering making a trip to DL. Nothing funky about Hojo to me!

If you're wanting to check out other hotels, Hyatt recently completed their renovation and Homewood Suites are very nicely decorated - rather recent refurbishment.

FWIW we found the rooms very nice - not luxurious, but clean and comfortable.

Sorry to Hyjack, the pictures you took of the fireworks, were those from HOJO property or at Disneyland?

Another question - do all the rooms have Keurig machines? I have been wanting to try one, so this may be the chance

If you looked at the pics only from that first day (where the HoJo pics were), then yes.....we had a Disney View & those were taken from our balcony. We were on the 4th floor & had the corner room (401). We could see some of the WoC & Fantasmic from there. We enjoyed the fireworks a few different times from our balcony!!

As far as I know, the HoJo rooms all have the Keurig coffee machines.

No!!

They also have free wifi if that is something you need during your trip!!

Thanks so much! That is a huge thing. We were looking at there or the Hilton but the Hilton charges 17/a day for parking OUCH! We orig were going to be at Desert Inn and then cancelled cuz we didn't think we were going to be able to go and then when I went to re-book their prices went up so the two best prices were Hojo and Hilton but I think the Hojo is the ticket! I am FINALLY going to try it!!

Kelly you won't be disappointed with the HoJo. The rooms are good sized & the beds you will just melt into.......they come with lots of extra pillows too!!!

I suggest crossing Harbor at the motel & taking that sidewalk to the parks......you'll have the sidewalk almost to yourself!!

Yeah it has always looked really nice but we have just gotten spoiled with the deals we have gotten at the Disney hotels and so the last 3 times we have gone we have stayed on property but that certainly WON'T be happening this time LOL. Esp Christmas week it is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Mom and I were actually booked at the Hojo for the first ladies trip but then she didn't want to walk that far (she has bad knees) and then this last one we stayed at Paradise Pier and rode the monorail. But I can walk so it doesn't bother me. I'm actually anxious to try it!!

As far as I know, the HoJo rooms all have the Keurig coffee machines.

I believe they all have the Keurig. DH loves it!

Yep! All rooms have the Keurig coffee maker with Diedrich's premium coffee free each day. Other blends and cocoa are available in our Market, or feel free to bring your favorite.
