Hello all,

I was trying to book a few dates at the beginning of December and I plugged in the code for the Entertainment rate but the days where the rate is offered I still get a rate of $82 a night. Do I have the wrong code (SD50)? What am I doing wrong? On the discussion boards for the hotel, it lists the dates as available for the entertainment rate.

Any help would be appreciated.

Call the hotel, 714-776-6120 and ask for in-house reservations. They should be able to give you the E rate if available.

Somedays are not available for the code. You have the right code. I agree with the above post, call in house reservations as that's the only way I was able to get the $74 a night rate. GL!

Call the in-house reservations - but remember, they only have a certain number of rooms available on each day the entertainment rate is available. So even if the dates you want are eligible for entertainment rates, the rooms may all be taken. You can still get a DISboards rate - and I believe there is a special rate for all rooms until the end of December 2008 (according to the website).

When I did it, the SD-50 rate didn't work for me either, but calling in-house reservations worked just fine. I got the Ent rate for the nights I wanted.

thats intresting is hojos the only place with a disboard rate i had never heard of that or if i saw it didnt understand it

Sometimes the website can be a little bit wonky- so if not's giving you the rate, just give our In-House Reservations Team a call at 714-776-6120, and they can go ahead and book for you! :]
