We stayed there 2 years ago, and it was the Anaheim Park Hotel then, it had previously been a Wyndham hotel. We have booked this hotel for March based on our past stay. It changed to a Hojos after we booked.
It is about 15 min away from the park by shuttle(they provide free of charge). Rooms were basic, but clean, and the pool area was wonderful, one of the best we have found out of 6 hotels we have stayed at in the area. The Disney Outlet store is just across the street, and there is a Costco and an In n out and Rubys all in walking distance. We don't visit the hotel in between park time, we go and stay for the day, so the location works great for us. If you plan on resting between the day, this would not be the hotel for you.
