Lucas: Lucas caught the snitch and punched the air in triumph. His team had finished with their drills and so they began to descend to the ground.

Professor Black: As her colleagues discussed, her path became all the more clearer in Melanie's head. She had begun to think of her agreement to help Professor Linus as pure idiocy, though now she wasn't quite sure.
She knew Mrs.Finch wasn't on their side-that one was for sure. So it had to be Professor Linus that was the traitor-she just knew it. And if she went and tried to stop him, she could ensure no one else was hurt. No one else may have noticed it, but there was a fine twinkle of courage in her eye. Melanie knew what she had to do; she had a plan, though it could fail miserably.

Gabrielle: she heard a thud. "What was that!?" She ran out and saw the boy, laying on the ground, broken. Tears went to her eyes. Who was this boy? What had happened to him? She needed to find someone. The first person she saw was Veronica. Uh, she hated her. But she was the only one there. "Veronica! This boy! He-he died! Do you know who he is? We need to find a teacher!" She sighed. "I know you're a Slytherin and you probably hate me, but right now, we need to put that behind us. For the sake of . . whoever this is."
