OOC: Character update!
Morgan: She was so upset that another colleague had ended up with a terrible fate, not to mention Veronica. Morgan had mentored the young girl, she had had a rare talent, not to mention passion, for healing that you just didn't see everyday. All that potential, gone.
Alexei: He sat next to his beloved Veronica, he, along with his sister Anya and Nica's cousin David hadn't left Veronica's side once, though he suspected Anya was there to support him and David more than for Veronica. He felt hollow, empty, incomplete without her. Yes, she was alive, but she was so far from him, both of them were so alone.
Anya: She sat by her brother. She might be eleven in age and appearance, but she had grown up a lot in the past few days and she wasn't innocent, she hadn't been since Salem. She knew how broken her brother was, and she wished there was some way she could take this pain from him to carry the weight of it herself, to relieve him of his pain.
David: He sat there, staring at Veronica. He had been told there was no cure. He was angry. Why weren't they finding a cure then? Why weren't they trying anything? Why were they giving up on her? Why were they doing nothing? They couldn't just leave her like this. What kind of healers were they?
Lucas: He sat with Darius, who was trying in vain to comfort him. It didn't matter that Veronica was alive, he had lost another person in his life, someone he had counted on and cared for. No one had said it, but she might as well be dead, as lost as she was and as how irrevocable this was. He wondered how that death eater could have done it, could have ruined Nic's life the way that he or she did. There were evil people out there, he was just reliving the lesson he learned twelve years ago.
Darius: He felt pain for his godson. Luke had lost his best friend, Darius knew what that was like, having lost many friends and his lover in the Battle of Hogwarts, and later his best friend and his wife, who was also pretty much his best friend, Luke's parents. And he knew none of this would comfort Luke, only make his pain worse. It was one of those moments where Darius hated Drew and Rebecca for dying, they would be able to deal with this so much better.
Ivy Dorielle: She was alone. A French auror had just told her that her mother had been found dead in her house, she was now an orphan, and the person she normally went to, Mary Katherine, was dead, and the other person she went to was Veronica, and she had suffered a fate worse than death. All of her friends were close to Veronica, closer than her, and were grieving and couldn't help her. Ivy Dorielle was now alone, at the age of fourteen, stranded in a country she still didn't know and wasn't used to, and with no one she could turn to for help.
Evan: Evan didn't know what to do. Christine and Georgette, gone forever, ripped from him. His heart was shattered into pieces, even his dad's most depressing songs couldn't explain or even touch how he was feeling right now. He didn't know how to deal with any of it, when Christine died he packed his bags and took off, but now he had a job, responsibilities, he couldn't runaway and abandon this harsh world.
OOC: Well this is depressing
