Can you ride this both ways or only from US to IOA? I am arriving 8/21 and and I just downloaded the UCT wait time app and only see it listed in US. I'm trying to figure out a semi-plan and I'm not sure where to start. We won't be arriving early (probably 9 or 10 am) and will skip Gringotts if the wait times continue to be as long as they are now. Any recommendations on where/how to start our day? We have the flex pass and will probably spend 3 full days here, plus maybe a partial day or 2. Should we just enter a park and explore our way around? I am used to mega planning for Disney, but I am hoping I don't have to for this.

Eta - we are not staying on site and not getting Express Pass

You can ride it both ways and it is a different experience each way.

Lines seem to be shortest for Gringotts around dinner time. THe other things with long lines are Despicable Me, Transformers and Rip Ride Rockit at Universal. I would just hop around but try to get the major rides done early in the morning.
