HOB: Discounts? And getting there?

Are there discounts available for the HOB? Restaurant.com only offers a certificate toward a $100 purchase. Anything other discounts?

If we are not renting a car, what other transportation is there from the Resorts to HOB and back?

If you're staying at a Disney resort, there is bus transportation to/from DTD.

There is a Tables in Wonderland (20%), DVC member (10%), and annual pass discount (20% lunch and 10% dinner). No discounts are additive, you can only use one.
