HMM.. Our flight is less then 2 months away

and our plane is half full ( or half empty ). I am wondering if the flight will fill up by the time our trip is scheduled or if Delta will consolidate flights. If they consolidate, how close to the flight date do they make the decision? I have been checking every day like a fiend.

Delta is not one that normally consolidates. Remember that even if your plane does NOT fill up, it is needed in Orlando. The flight that it is going on next could easily be FULL

Also, seat maps are not always good ways to tell if flights are full. Lots of folks don't acutally get seats when they buy tickets and your business travelers probably haven't booked yet. I just booked DL flight for next Tuesday today and for my place of employment that was planning ahead!
