If this is the hat, qruthie just died and went to heaven! Red and sparkles! I used to do my nails up with red polish then several layers of clear polish with red sparkles in it. My nails looked like Dorothy's ruby slippers!

I also saw that and right away wondered if this could be the New Years Hat! Oh I hope so...Love Red...my favorite color!! Red is a very colorful and bright so maybe it?? I am keeping my fingers crossed!
