HM question again... which villas ????

Hi,
soooooo.. my finace and I sat down and reviewed the DVD of Disney, and he thinks maybe we should stay at a villa closer to Epcot.
He loved the look of the BC< BW ect..
and we'd like to stay at a villa
My BF told me that we would enjoy Epcot at lot more than the MK b/c of our ages and we should stay closer to it.
My question is ...
Which villas can you rent points for w/ DVC members and
does anyone have a picture of the villas at either one of these resorts ??
Do any type of the villas always include a jacuzzi ?
ANy experiences would be appreciated as well

You will get more answers from the DVC Board, so I suggest posting over there.

Beach Club Villas (BCV) and Boardwalk Villas (BWV) are the closest DVC resorts to Epcot.

A jacuzzi tub is in the 1 BR, 2 BR and Grand Villas. If it's the 2 of you, and you want the jacuzzi tub, the 1 BR will suffice.

You can rent points from any DVC member who wants to rent them out. It's easier for you if you rent from someone who's home resort is where you want to stay, although that's not required. For example, if you want to stay at BCV, you have a better chance of getting what you want right away if you rent points from a BCV owner.

I don't know when you are getting married, but DVC members can book rooms at their home resorts 11 months in advance. And if you plan to go during a busy time, it's wise to take advantage of that 11 month window.

To rent points from a DVC member, you should go to the DVC Point Rental message board, and post there when/where you'd like to stay. Unfortunately, though I'm a DVC member, I don't have enough points for the trips we want to take, so I can't help you with the point rental.

Pictures of BCV

Couldn't find any pictures of Boardwalk, but BCV and BWV are laid out identically, the difference is the decorating.

BCV offers Stormalong Bay, which is a great pool complex, and BWV has a nice main pool also with a slide.
