HK Disneyland stuff

Anyone else considering selling back their Hong Kong Disneyland items?

I went on a shopping spree when the stuff was (limited) released, but now it's just collecting dust in my inventory. Nobody ever mentions needing or wanting it in trade.

What are you all doing with your HK items?

I didn't buy a lot of it- just one of each- since they are still on sell there isn't much of a desire for the furniture things... I have seen a few trading for pins and things

And of course I think the shirts have one of the higher return rates if you are making a mule and want your main character to have the credits.

What are you all doing with your HK items?

I only own one hkdl shirt at the moment, although i have prob bought 1,000 or so.

as far as the lamps and space chairs go, i only bought what i wanted and a few extra, so i really didnt take a hit there. but yeah, if you have a lot of the chairs (especially now that the gold chairs come with the space suits) i'd sell em back if you dont need them (of course keep a few extra).

Give it a while and these will all become rare in time. With the new lands and the expansion of VMK, I am sure there will be a set of new users coming on board in 2006. My guess is that by sometime next summer, you may be able to get some really cool items for them at the time.

Look at it this way. If you can sell a pin for say 200 Credits, hypothetically speaking, and a new Hat/Item goes on sale for 500 Credits sometime next year, even if you trade two pins for the new item at that time, you just saved yourself 100 Credits.

Sometime the simplest of trades can save you a lot of credits in the long run.
