HK Disneyland Presentation - LA Chapter NFFC, 10/16

Wish you could hop on a plane to visit Disney’s newest theme park, Hong Kong Disneyland? Well, the Studio Chapter can’t provide you with tickets to Hong Kong, but at our next meeting on October 16th we’ll do the next best thing and have two of our members tell you about what it was like to be at the grand opening of the park! Eric and Barbara Roque have recently returned from their visit to China, and they’ll be showing and telling us about the park itself and their experiences on opening day, including seeing the opening day festivities and being followed around by a reporter for the Wall Street Journal who wrote an article on their visit to the park. In addition to Eric and Barbara’s presentation, we’ll have refreshments and we’ll be holding a raffle for fabulous Disney prizes. If you’re looking forward to visiting Hong Kong Disneyland soon or if you’re a Disney theme park fan who wants to learn a little more about the newest Magic Kingdom, this is a meeting you don’t want to miss -- please join us for a fun and exciting afternoon!

The Studio Chapter meets at 1:00 p.m. in the community room of Westfield Shoppingtown Fashion Square, 13750 Riverside Drive, Sherman Oaks. Westfield Shoppingtown Fashion Square is located north of the 101 Freeway, off the Woodman Avenue exit; the community room is the small building at the back of the parking lot behind Ross Dress for Less at the southwest corner of Riverside Drive and Woodman Avenue.
