Is this doable? I want to hit all our favorites in one day. Assuming ee at MK. we do all of fantasyland and tomorrowland; Hop to MGM and do star tours, muppets and playhouse disney. Go to AK for the parade. Hop to Epcot until the park closes. I know this sounds mad, but my 5 yr old wants to do it and we only have one day at the park.

Personally, I think that's an insane plan. Especially with a 5 year old. Two parks , maybe.

You are nuts, but it can be done if you only hit your highlights. I did that the last time I was down there in April. We started at EE in Epcot and hit Spaceship Earth, TT, and Journey into Imagination. Then we jumped over to Animal Kingdom and went on the Safari and Tough to be a Bug. Then off to MGM where we hit RRC, ToT, GMR, and Walt's Dream. then finall off to MK where we spent the rest of the day. It can be done but it's a very hectic day.

I have friends that did 4 parks in four hours in Sept. It was the day we were all going home and we had to meet back at the hotel at 1pm.

I saw the pictures they really did it.

Here what they did at each park.

1) had photo taken by a stranger of them in front of castle, tree, hat or the "big ball" at each park. ( all four photos came out great by the waY)

2) rode a ride or saw a show that they had never done before in each park.

We were shocked when they told us what they did. Now my husband want to try it on our next trip.

This plan would be make for a hectic and difficult day even if it was only adults. With a 5-year old, however, it is very likely that the day could be a disaster, given the possibility of long lines, crowds, etc.

I say that you pick 1, maybe 2 parks.

I think you can do it IF you do ONLY the things on your plan and that you do EMH at MK. MK will be the limiting factor - since you want to do "everything" in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. The other factor will be transportation. Will you have your own car, or will you have to depend on monorails and buses? That can make a difference, too. Not to mention meals!

Since it's your 5 year old's idea, it will be easier than if it's your idea! But you need to talk to him in advance, because you will not be able to do anything but what you've listed, so if he sees another attraction he wants to ride, he needs to know he'll have to skip it!

Also, travel light, preferably no bags to inspect so you can go through security quickly!

We've done at least 3 parks in one day, when we were checking out, to boot, so it's doable. You just have to have a plan and stick to it!

We are going to be there on 2/11 so I don't think the crowds will be prohibitive. We were going to use Disney transportation. I have been able to do Fantasyland and Tomorrowland by 10:30 on previous ee days. I figure, we could be at MGM by 11:15. Depending on showtimes, we could be out of there by 2:30 (I plan to eat a turkey leg for lunch). AK is easy-we just want to see the parade. We'll be out of there by 4:30. We could be at Epcot by 5:30 and have dinner at WS and watch illuminations.

I really do think we could do this, but I'm not so sure we would enjoy it. I have to give this some further thought. Maybe we will just do 2 parks like we always do or we could possibly skip the AK parade. That would make things easier.

We usually hit three parks -- all but AK -- our last day. Our most ambitious trip ever we:

Walked from YC to Epcot for early entry -- rode Test Track twice.
Took boat to MGM, arriving at opening. Rode Rock 'n Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror, did Millionaire and some shopping.

Took boat back to Epcot. Ate lunch at Akershus.

Spent a couple hours doing World Showcase shows, which we love.

Went back to the resort for a swim/break.

Walked back to Epcot for dinner at Rose 'n Crown.

Rode Spaceship Earth and saw Illuminations.

Took monorail to MK, arriving as parade started. Did Enight until 1 a.m.

Slept very late the next morning.
