History of November codes or disc?

We are going to try and do a makeup trip this November the weekend before Thanksgiving due to our Mardi Gras trip getting cut short due to illness. Is there a history of discounts in Nov?

The Disney VISA codes came out first on 8/13/07 for 9/30 - 12/23/07 as:

I decided to just call and see if there were any codes/pins associated with my name. I got the nicest cm on the phone . She said that typically for the time of year we are going which is Nov 22-Nov 29 2008 , the codes start to come out around July/August. She told me that if I did not recieve one in the mail or by e-mail to just call every week or even every day around this time, just in case something got lost in the mail . She was very nice and even confirmed my mailing address , e-mail address and phone number.

My next question now would be. Could I book my room only portion now,(I am a memeber of AAA) and then when the codes or discounts come out and it is a better deal switch to the discount without paying a penalty? Also can I book through AAA and do this? Need Help. Want this vacation to be near perfect due to the disappointment from our Mardi Gras trip.
