Historically-How long in between selling out & new announcement?

In the past, how long has DVC waited to annouce plans for a new resort after the last one sells out? Or have they announced new resorts before the last one sells out?

New resorts have always been announced prior to current sales being completed.

Recently, sales at the new resorts have not begun until the last has sold out. This was the case for both BCV and SSR. At one time OKW, VB, BWV and HH were all being actively sold at the same time. I think VB and HH were still being sold along with VWL , but BCV and SSR have been the only actively sold resorts- even though all others are still available directly thru DVC.
