Historical park hrs & fireworks days/times?

Is there a location where I can get info on the dates and times of fireworks shows and other shows and park hours from last year? We are going in value season, and I know they don't show MK fireworks every night in off season, so I would like to know before we make our ressies so we are sure to be there for Wishes. Thank you for any help.

Actually, it is Disney's goal to have Wishes every night this year, except for those with hard-ticket events, even during the off-season!
