Historic Restricted GT Rates in April?

I've been watching the 4/10/17 sailing of the Dream hoping that rates would drop to Restricted GT status. There are quite a few staterooms available in every category. Does anyone know if that sailing historically goes to GT rates?
Right now, they are selling guarantee rooms and regular ones, but none with the lower restricted guarantee rate. Any insight?

With Easter being April 16th and with kids being off for Spring Break I don't see restricted rates being offered for this cruise. I just checked and for a family of 4 there are only some inside and oceanview available.

I just went onto the website and entered 4 people and looked at that cruise and saw what was available. You can also check out dates on cruisefish.net to see how a particular cruise is selling.
