Historic free dining plan dates

I know they are offering it right now for August and September. When has Disney offered the free dining in the past? We are thinking on a trip in a couple of years and being the obsessive planner I am I am trying to look at potential dates. Free dining would be wonderful.

8/13/06-9/30/06, then when original offer expired it was extended for booking dates 8/20/06-9/30/06

2007
8/5/07-9/29/07 Bounceback dates (only resort guests staying during the free dining period in 2006 were able to book these dates a year ahead)
8/12/07-9/29/07 UK Residents
8/26/07-9/22/07 Everyone

2008
8/10/08-9/27/08 UK Residents
8/24/08-9/20/08 Everyone
8/30/08-9/27/08 Bounceback dates (only resort guests staying during free dining in 2007 were able to book these dates a year ahead)
