Hiro and Baymax in May?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not, feel free to relocate me. :]

My cousins (and myself!!) are a HUGE fan of Big Hero 6, and we've been dying to meet Hiro and Baymax in the parks. Then we heard that they'd left the parks sometime in March, and we were all sad...

...but some sources are telling me they are still there! We're planning on going May 21st, and we'll be running to Hollywood Studios first thing in the morning, but the big question obviously is: will they be there? Does anyone here have the inside scoop?

They were still there last week, inside the Animation building. However, if they are still there, get there early. I stood in line for an hour, and finally gave up when they told us it would be another 45 minutes until we got to where Hiro and Baymax were!

I was so disappointed; there was not one Big Hero 6 item to be found for sale anywhere in the parks or stores in Downtown Disney. Everywhere I asked, I was told try online.

Disney has really dropped the ball with Big Hero 6 in the parks. Judging by the lines for the meet and greet, and in talking to most Disney fans I know, they love the movie, but there is almost nothing available! It's very frustrating!

I agree it was VERY hard to find, but after asking a number of people we found items in the DHS disney Jr store on a back wall facing out the back window. I could not believe there wasn't more merchandise. This was in March.

We didn't stand in line to meet him but watched, which was fun.

We got to meet Hiro and Baymax in January, it was really fun. Waited in line for about 45 minutes. I am not surprised, however, for the lack of merchandise. Disney threw all their eggs in the Frozen basket. Maybe at Once Upon a Toy or World of Disney at DTD there would be something.

The Tsum Tsums were released online, April 7th. They sold out immediately, as they did in the parks and stores. They did get them back in at WDW last week, but I don't know if they sold out again, or if there are still some there.

i know this is off topic but another character who got kicked to the curb merchandise wise is Peter Pan, you can find tinker bell stuff any store but there is nothing from Peter Pan :/

There are options for BH6 phone cases at the D-tech place in the Co-op Marketplace in DTD! All of the group individually. Almost chose it but went with Kristoff because there's also hardly any merch of him!

Ah, that is not what the two people who I asked told me. Explains now why I could not find any anywhere down there last week.

Funny think is, you couldn't find any of the stuff shortly after the movie came out either, I was down there last November, and all I could find was Vinylmation stuff for BH6.

Well if sightings are this rare in May, I doubt we'll be able to meet Baymax as late as November. Sigh. DS is crazy about the movie and would dearly love to get his picture taken with Baymax. Also disappointing that they didn't have more merch for this film. I could do with a little less Frozen and a little more BH6. (Not that I don't love Frozen lol)

Any BH6 tsum tsum spottings lately?? We are coming on Wednesday, and my little daughter is dying for a Hero tsum tsum. We missed them at our Disney store (for the 5 minutes that they had them...)

Our local Disney store has a few BH6 items including a Baymax plush. Not as fun as buying in the parks, but it is super cute!

BH6 Tsums were at Once Upon a Toy last week. Both Baymaxes and Hiro, Go-Go, and Honey Lemon were there.

was there last week and Baymax and Hero were meeting on both of our HS days. As someone said earlier, get there early and be ready to wait. I waited about 65 mins for my boys to get pictures. The wait is also long because when they take their break it is for 15 mins as they do not swap out like many other characters. I guess disney is being cheap with only 1 suit... They also do not sign as you will get a a little card with their anamated picture and signature.

Baymax isn't able to sign. Even though everyone thinks the 15 minute break is for Baymax, it's for Hiro because he has a mandated break every hour.

I really hope they stick around! We are big fans and would really love to meet them in November!!
