Hilton Honors cust. service in USA?

Hi, I need to call Hilton Honors customer service about using a reward certificate. The last two times that I called I got a customer service representative who was not located in the Unites States and they did not get my reservation right. Does anyone know of a number that would connect me directly to customer service in the US? Or any way to get connected to a rep in the US?

Call during normal business hours. I always get someone in Texas, just down the street from my old office.

Well, Amazon tells me I can request to be transferred to someone in the United States - maybe you can politely make that same request from HH?
