Is the 1st week of june just as good as any for hilton head. Also, how hard is it to get a 2bdr in the 7 month window

We did a cash ressie at HH a couple years ago(with the DVC discount) in the first week of June. The weather was unusually hot . In the 100's each day. I would think that the 2 BR would be fairly easy to get at the 7 month window except for the high season in the summer. Also the majority of villas are 2 BR which would help.

It should be a great time to visit HH and also a time when you should be able to get ressies at the 7 month window.

How hard is it to get cash reservations at HH? My sister-in-law and her family want to go May 5-11 while we are there (if we can get reservations at 7 month window). Can she make reservations now? Is there much chance of her getting a 1 BDR at that time of year on cash?

As HH gets closer to sellout, cash reservations may become more difficult to find, since the developer won't have much left to rent. In addition, there are only a total of 26 !BR villas at HH.

However, as with any DVC resort reservation, you won't know about availability until you call MS. Due to the dynamics of the reservation system, availability often opens up when it might seem unlikely.
