is there an actual beach within walking distance of the resort?

It is approximately 1.5 miles. They have transportation to and from the resort and the beach house. We like to bike back an forth.

There is also a pool and snack bar at the beach house. The beach is very nice there.

We love HHI's beach. It is not a far car ride or take the shuttle to the beach house. We've also biked it and its a very pleasant ride.

HH Beach is wonderful. Wide and water is shallow to way out. You can get to the beach via shuttle, bike or car. We drove, to avoid the shuttle wait which goes every 30 minutes.
